To place an order fill out the above order form. Then do one of the following:
- Save and email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Print and fax it to us at 573-751-9197.
When an order is placed, please include the product catalog numbers, descriptions, price, your purchase order number, and specify the date needed. We also need your telephone number and complete shipping and billing address.

For Public Agencies
If under the jurisdiction of the State Division of Purchasing, use prescribed order form. Otherwise, use your standard form and forward direct. You may avoid delays by ordering by email or fax and giving us a confirmed purchase order number.
Please be certain to check the price list carefully for the proper size and color. Price quotations are F.O.B. destination. Due to fluctuating material costs, all catalog prices are subject to change without notice. However, no orders will be shipped at the higher price without prior approval from the customer.
Deliveries will be made by Missouri Vocational Enterprises' trucking department. On large items and/or volume orders, assistance may be required of the customer for unloading.
MVE Product Warranty
Missouri Vocational Enterprises (MVE) will stand behind our line of products. Our desire is to provide our valued customers with products that will give years of lasting service. MVE offers a limited lifetime warranty that covers defective materials and workmanship, damage in shipping via MVE Trucking and assembly by MVE personnel. MVE will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer. Shipping and handling charges may be applied to merchandise that has been in service for more than two years.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by office moves, accidents, moisture, improper use, normal daily wear and tear, and other causes beyond the control of MVE.
Please contact an MVE Sales Representative to discuss your warranty questions. Be prepared to provide a product description, product defect information, and your original purchase order information. MVE will not be able to provide warranty assistance without the original purchasing document.
MVE Return and Restocking Policy
Catalog Items may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and specially manufactured merchandise will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. Returns that total in excess of $3000.00 will require MVE Administration approval. No returns are accepted without a Merchandise Return Authorization. Printed forms are not returnable unless for an MVE production or material flaw.
Customer Complaints and Damaged Goods
If there is a problem with any of our products, please notify our Sales Department at 1-800-392-8486 any business day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Be sure to have your purchase order number. We will be happy to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
Shortly after receiving your goods, you will receive an invoice. Terms of the invoice are NET 30 days. Please remit payment promptly, and be sure to include your vendor invoice number with payment.
Cancellations must be received by our Sales Department at least 48 hours in advance of delivery. Late cancellations will be subject to a 10% charge. Cancellations of special order products are subject to a higher charge.

Special Products and Quotes
Custom products and services are available from Missouri Vocational Enterprises. Any variations in standard products will be considered, and our decision will be based on delivery date, quantity, specifications, etc. Delivery will be contingent upon production schedules and availability of raw materials.
A Product Design Engineer is available to visit all entities to assist in adapting MVE products to the needs of your organization. He will discuss, analyze, and design product specifications, especially for those unique and/or problem areas.
An MVE salesperson is available to show samples and designs of current and new product items. He will discuss long-range plans, and provide suggestions/solutions to those problem areas.
