Feb. 10-16, 2020
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 11, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender threw an unknown substance at the officer, striking the officer on the right side of the face and right leg. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Western Missouri Correctional Center: At approximately 3:17 p.m. on Feb. 12, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offenders struck and scratched the officer in the facial and neck area. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 10 a.m. on Feb. 13, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender spat at the officer, striking the officer on the back of the left arm and left side of facial area. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officers did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
