South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 3:50 a.m. on Aug. 31, 2019, an offender assaulted a nurse. The offender grabbed a nurse’s hand through his food port, causing a laceration on the nurse’s right hand. The nurse did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
