Fulton Reception & Diagnostic Center: At approximately 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 2, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender pushed his body into the officer, resulting in the officer slamming into a doorway. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault.
