Jan. 13-19, 2020
Southeast Correctional Center: At approximately 2:28 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender struck the officer in head and facial area with a closed fist. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Potosi Correctional Center: At approximately 11 a.m. on Jan. 17, 2020, an offender assaulted several nurses and an officer. The offender struck three nurses and an officer in the facial area with a closed fist. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The three nurses and the officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
