Feb. 3-9, 2020
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 10:35 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender threw an unknown substance at the officer, striking the officer on the right arm and leg. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 8:03 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offenders ran into the officer, striking the officer in the shoulder. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Jefferson City Correctional Center: At approximately 10:15 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2020, an offender assaulted several officers. The offender charged the officers, striking the officers in the face with the side of his head. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officers did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Fulton Reception, Diagnostic Center: At approximately 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 7, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender threw and unknown substance at the officer, striking the officer in the face and torso. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
