April 1-7, 2019
Northeast Correctional Center: At approximately 6:32 p.m. on April 5, 2019, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender elbowed the officer in the face. Staff responded appropriately, and the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation will be issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Northeast Correctional Center: At approximately 11:30 p.m. on April 5, 2019, a needle woven into an offender’s hat stuck an officer the left hand. Staff responded appropriately. The officer did require outside medical attention. A conduct violation will be issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
