Women’s Eastern Reception, Diagnostic & Correctional Center: At approximately 1:30 p.m. on August 9, 2019, an offender assaulted a medical staff member. The offender aggressively snatched a medical slip and hit the staff member’s hand in the process. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
