March 30 - April 5, 2020
Tipton Correctional Center: At approximately 11:05 p.m. on March 31, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender struck the officer in the mouth. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Boonville Correctional Center: At approximately 11:00 p.m. on April 1, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender intentionally touched the officer in a sexual manner without the officer’s consent. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Boonville Correctional Center: At approximately 11:55 p.m. on April 1, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender shoved the officer. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Jefferson City Correctional Center: At approximately 2:53 p.m. on April 2, 2020, an offender assaulted two officers. The offender kicked one officer in the groin area and spat at the other officer, striking the officer in the back of the head and upper back. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officers did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Boonville Correctional Center: At approximately 6:45 a.m. on April 3, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender spat at the officer, striking the officer on the chest. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Eastern Reception Diagnostic & Correctional Center: At approximately 4:14 p.m. on April 5, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender spat at the officer, striking the officer in the facial area and inside the mouth. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
