March 4-10, 2019
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 12:47 p.m. March 8, 2019, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender struck the officer in the head with a closed fist. Staff responded appropriately, and the offender was secured. The officer refused medical treatment. A conduct violation will be issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
