May 13-19, 2019
Northeast Correctional Center: At approximately 10:50 a.m. May 16, 2019, an offender assaulted an officer. While officers were attempting to restrain the offender, the offender spat at in the officer's mouth. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation will be issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
