Farmington Correctional Center: At approximately 5:34 a.m. May 25, 2019, an offender assaulted a staff member. The offender attacked the staff member, forced her to the floor, held her down, and took her radio and pepper spray when she attempted to use them. Staff responded appropriately, and the offender was secured. A convict violation was issued for this assault, and the case will be referred for prosecution.
