The Missouri Division of Probation and Parole District 1 serves the counties of Atchison, Nodaway, Worth, Holt, Gentry, Andrew, and Buchanan. District 1 is staffed by an average of 24 probation and parole officers providing case management to approximately 41 clients per officer. These officers provide programming to support clients with interstate, felony probation, misdemeanor probation, board cases, sex offender, lifetime supervision, domestic violence, and severe mental illness case needs. The Western Region District 1 Probation and Parole Office supervises approximately 991 client cases a year.
