The Missouri Division of Probation and Parole District 23 serves the counties of Dunklin, Pemiscot, New Madrid, Scott, and Mississippi. District 23 is staffed by an average of 23 probation and parole officers providing case management to approximately 54 clients per officer. These officers provide programming to support clients with interstate, felony probation, misdemeanor probation, board cases, sex offender, lifetime supervision, domestic violence, and severe mental illness case needs. The Southeast Region District 23 Probation and Parole Office supervises approximately 2,482 client cases a year.
