The Missouri Division of Probation and Parole District 3 serves the counties of Schuyler, Scotland, Clark, Adair, Knox, Lewis, Macon, Shelby, Marion, Monroe, and Ralls. District 3 is staffed by an average of 45 probation and parole officers providing case management to approximately 47 clients per officer. These officers provide programming to support clients with interstate, felony probation, misdemeanor probation, board cases, sex offender, lifetime supervision, domestic violence, and severe mental illness case needs. The Northern Region District 3 Probation and Parole Office supervises approximately 1,318 client cases a year.
