The Missouri Division of Probation and Parole District 7B serves St. Louis City and St. Louis County. District 7B is staffed by an average of 31 probation and parole officers providing case management to approximately 45 clients per officer. These officers provide programming to support clients with interstate, felony probation, misdemeanor probation, board cases, sex offender, lifetime supervision, domestic violence, and severe mental illness case needs. The Eastern Region District 7B Probation and Parole Office supervises approximately 1,387 client cases a year.
