Boonville Correctional Center (BCC) Family

The Missouri state owned facility of Boonville Correctional Center (BCC) is comprised of approximately 80 acres in Cooper County. There are 33 buildings on the facility grounds to include 28 housing units, an admin building, Central Warehouse, Maintenance and Laundry, old and new powerplants, a mule barn, a slaughterhouse and more! The facility was originally built in January of 1883 as a training school for boys. At BCC, there are 17 different types of programs including vocational training available to its residents.
