The Missouri state-owned facility Crossroads Correctional Center (CRCC) is comprised of approximately 75 acres in Dekalb County. There are 11 buildings on the facility grounds to include five general population housing units, administration, a maintenance building, central services, a powerhouse, and more! The facility was built in January of 1997 on existing farmland, opening in February as a correctional center. At CRCC, there are 28 different types of programs, including vocational training, available to its residents.
