The Missouri state owned facility of Southeast Correctional Center (SECC) is comprised of approximately 120 acres in Mississippi County. There are 18 buildings on the facility grounds to include 11 housing units, recreation, maintenance and storage, MVE building, food service, and more. The facility was constructed in January of 1999 on existing farmland and opened as a correctional October of 2001. At SECC, there are 20 different types of programming available to support its residents.  Please visit their social media, Facebook, to learn more about specific employee recognitions that are given at SECC or other information regarding upcoming personnel activities.
