Welcome to Volunteer Web Based Training (VWBT). These modules were designed by correctional professionals to instruct new and seasoned volunteers working with the Missouri Department of Corrections. The Volunteer Web Based Training is a blended program of traditional classroom instruction and eLearning. Each module contains information supported by departmental policy with practical examples and exercises to engage the learner for the maximum virtual learning experience. It is the desire of the department to assist its volunteers in fulfilling their initial and annual training requirements in a manner that is effective and efficient.
