What you'll do:
Prepares any part of a major meal such as an entre, vegetable, salad, or dessert
Assists in the preparation of meals by measuring ingredients/mixing/boiling/frying/monitoring cooking temperature
Prepares breakfasts on an independent basis by cooking eggs/meat/preparing cereals/coffee/similar item
Directs/assists lower-level employees/offenders/other helpers in the preparation and serving of foods, and the cleaning of utensils and work area
Receives direction from higher-level cooks who provide specific instruction and review and performs other related work as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
0-1 year of work experience.
